Return policy
Dear customer, this policy serves to understand our Returns Policy.
Time limit for returns: the time limit for returning an item obtained from our store is 30 days.
Return costs: the return of an item has no cost for the customer if the item that the customer purchased is not in condition (defective items will be informed on the website of their state). The customer only has a return cost if he wants to exchange the item because it is not what he intended. You can always deliver the item(s) you would like to return free of charge to our store. If you do not succeed, you will have to pay the cost of sending the product to our store, and you will be refunded the money you spent on the product(s).
Product acceptance conditions: the product will only be accepted by Leirastexteis if it is returned in the same packaging/bag and without any damage, in the same way it was sent from our store to the customer.

International specifications: we do not make returns to countries outside of Portugal.
Return process: If you would like to return an article, you will have to contact us by our e-mail (leirastexteis@gmail.com), which will require a photo of the article and its condition and the reason for your return. After answering these questions, the return process will go into effect.
